RETURN POLICY
Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of your purchase date. You just have to pay the shipping since we paid it the first time.
Online order items can be returned by mail (see below) See “Starting a Return” below for assistance.
STARTING A RETURN
To start your returns process please email sales@blessedcotton.com
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.
- Enter the product and reason for return.
- After submitting your return you will be emailed within 3 days a return authorization #
RETURN ORDERS BY MAIL
- Pack up your return
Place your items and the Return Authorization # inside a sturdy box or package. Cross out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your
shipping label to the outside. - Ship it back to us

Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.

How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.
If the item is defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Please take a picture of the item defective, and then send the picture to us by email. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred
